By booking HDBin Dryer Vent Cleaning, you agree to the following terms. We provide dryer vent and exhaust duct cleaning for residential properties in Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado Counties.
Customer must provide access to the dryer and the exterior vent exhaust point at the scheduled time (and roof/attic access if you select the Long Run / Roof option). If we cannot access these areas, the service will be rescheduled and a trip fee may apply.
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment at no charge. This is a one-time service; there is no recurring subscription to cancel.
Regular vent cleaning reduces the fire risk caused by lint buildup, but is not a guarantee against all fire hazards. Please continue to clean your dryer's lint trap after every load.
Payment is due on the day of service, either online or at the door.

We are not responsible for pre-existing duct damage, disconnected sections, or wear from prior installations. Any damage caused by our team during service will be repaired at our expense.
