By using HDBin Pet Waste Removal services, you agree to the following terms. We provide professional pet waste removal for residential and commercial properties in Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado Counties.
Dogs must be secured indoors or in a separate area during service. Aggressive dogs must be disclosed prior to first visit. HDBin is not liable for dog escapes — please ensure all gates/doors are properly secured. We will not enter a yard with an aggressive dog present.
Customer must provide gate codes or access instructions. Locked gate without code = $15 lockout fee. If we cannot access the yard, the service will be rescheduled and a $15 trip fee applies.
Waste is double-bagged and placed in your outdoor trash bin. If no bin is available, we'll take waste with us at no extra charge.
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the service fee. Same-day cancellations charged in full. Subscription cancellation: notify us 7 days before next billing cycle.
We work rain or shine. In case of extreme weather (lightning, flooding), service will be rescheduled at no charge. We'll notify you by SMS/email.
Services on major holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year's Day) will be rescheduled. We'll notify you in advance.
Payment is due on the day of service. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Late payments may result in service suspension. Returned payments subject to $25 fee.
Not satisfied? We'll re-clean within 24 hours at no charge. If still not satisfied, that service is free. Your happiness is our reputation.
We are not responsible for pre-existing yard conditions, pet illness, or items left in the yard. We treat your property with care — any damage caused by our team will be repaired at our expense.
We may take before/after photos of your yard for quality assurance. These are shared with you and never published without consent.
