By booking HDBin Laundry Pickup & Delivery, you agree to the following terms. We provide wash, dry, and fold laundry service with pickup and delivery in Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado Counties.
Please have your laundry bagged and ready at the agreed pickup location and time. If we cannot access your laundry, the pickup will be rescheduled and a trip fee may apply.
Orders are returned the same evening or the next day, per the delivery window you select at booking. Same-day evening return carries a $15 surcharge.
Final price is based on the actual weight of your laundry at $1.99/lb (15 lb minimum), which may differ slightly from the estimate given at booking.
We follow standard care label instructions. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, color bleeding, or shrinkage on items without a care label or with damaged labels. Please flag delicate or high-value items in the special instructions.
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup at no charge. Subscription cancellation: notify us at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.
Payment is due on pickup or delivery. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Returned payments are subject to a $25 fee.
Not satisfied with a load? Let us know within 24 hours of delivery and we'll rewash it at no charge.
We are not responsible for items left in pockets or damage from pre-existing wear. Any damage caused by our team will be repaired or reimbursed at our expense, up to the item's fair value.
